Today I kicked some butt on deadlifts. Well not really, but it was fun nonetheless. I just worked up to sets of 8 with 365 and stayed there until I couldn’t get 8 reps anymore. I then went on to some good morning work for higher reps. I finished up with some uppper back work and then headed home for the day. I was in and out pretty quickly, but it was still a killer workout.
Deadlifts 365 for 3 sets of 8 and one set of 7
Good Mornings 5×10 @185
Cable Rows 3×15 @150
Pull ups 3×10 @ bodyweight
Once again, a short and sweet workout that was very effective. There’s no need to be doing a bunch of random stuff when you want to build strength, so keep it simple and have fun.
