Today was a heavy deadlift day and the plan was to work up to a heavy single or double. Considering how long heavy singles take to recover from I opted for the heavy double. However, I should have gone heavier than I did because I could have pulled 465 for 3-4 reps. Sometimes it’s better to leave a little gas in the tank though, so I called it a day and just won th workout.

Tire Deads- 465×2 

Reverse hypers- 3 sets x 20 reps at 100 

Upper back work- 6×15 random stuff


Once again, it was just a simple workout that allows me to build strength. The more simple the workout the more effective it will be, never forget that.
