Today was a really high rep/conditioning day. After my last set of carries I laid on the ground for about 1-2 minutes before I could get back up.

Sumo Deads- 2×10, 1×15 all at 280 pounds. The weight is still pretty light but it’s been great for finding a groove and drilling form.

Carry Medley: 400lb yoke, 120lb farmers handles, 150lb sandbag- 4×60′ as fast as possible.

This was it but it’s all I could do and recover from. Adding in some strongman conditioning felt really good and it let me know that all this high rep work has definitely raised my GPP!
